The beans are exposed to moisture laden winds in well-ventilated warehouses for 12 to 16 weeks. Our full city roast enhances the extremely low acidity this coffee is prized for. Smooth and mellow, Monsoon pairs well with milk, and is a great choice for people with stomach sensitivities.
