Located within the fertile, biodiverse southern tier of Mexico, this easy-drinking Chiapas coffee is grown on small, indigenous family-owned farms that prioritize the conservation of its agro-ecosystem. Combining traditional farming methods with progressive research from ECOSUR, the Tzeltal-Tzotzil coop is dedicated to sustainable, organic coffee production.
