Brewing Coffee

At our stores, we strive to offer brewed coffee that appeals to many different tastes and pleasures. Every day you'll find a wide array of our best coffee selections; our house blend, a straight coffee, a decaf, a flavored coffee, a dark roast and an Organic / Fair Trade brew.

Small batches of freshly roasted coffee are ground with a Mahlkonig burr grinder, then brewed with our trusty Wilbur-Curtis airpot brewers fed with triple-filtered water into thermal press-pots. We chose this method because it keeps brewed coffee much fresher than other methods that add heat to coffee over time. Our airpots lose only one temperature degree per hour, keeping the coffee fresh and hot for all to enjoy from morning to night.  

Ordering Airpots

If you are interested in bringing our coffee to an event or gathering, we are glad to rent airpots and supply cups/sugars for any occasion. Each airpot holds approximately enough coffee for ten eight-ounce cups.
